I created this course for you. For those who are called to life fully and to show up fully in each of their roles in the world (at home, at work, in community, as significant others, as parents, as friends...).

Complete this course in order. Take your time. Dive into the work. But most importantly do it with intention and purpose. My recommendation: get yourself a brand new blank notebook and a nice pen to go with it. Create a piece of art out of this process.

There are no rules. If something calls to you during this process, listen to those instincts, pause and dive deeper. After all, a big part of living in full engagement and adventure is learning to listen to your intuition, follow your head and your heart, and move and be with intention.
