Week 1 - Clarity

Your health and happiness are the most important things. Don’t let anything stand in their way.

This is where we start. With the end in mind: your health, well-being, and happiness. There is a reason why you are here. I don’t know what that is. (You can tell me though if you would like? Send me a message here…). But until I get that let me be clear: over the next weeks and months we are going to get to know each other pretty damn well.

The aim of this course is to help support you through life’s challenges, the daily ups and downs, recognize and celebrate the joys and beauty, and all of the stuff in the in-between spaces.

Our lives are constantly throwing up challenges. But being reactive and battling these challenges is a sure-fire way to deplete our energy and rob our lives of joy. When we are in a space of full engagement living our ability to be present in the here and now increases, we make decisions from a place of strength, and live with purpose and directionality. The experience is miles away from the reactive battle we experience when the world collides and we experience overwhelm. Trust me - hold on…here we go!
